Intensive Energy-Saving Training project

The Se Poate Association from Romania is excited to announce the official launch of the Intensive Energy-Saving Training project, in collaboration with the New Europe Foundation (project coordinator), ASOCIACIJA TAVO EUROPA, and ICM Jindrichuv Hrades z.s. This groundbreaking initiative, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme KA220 – Cooperation Partnerships in Youth, aims to inspire and equip young people aged 18-30 with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead the way in environmental protection and sustainable practices.

The Intensive Energy-Saving Training project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, runs from January 1, 2023, to January 1, 2026, and aims to impact the lives of thousands of young people across Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania.

Project Objectives:

  1. Workshops for Ecological Competences: Through interactive workshops, the project aims to enhance participants’ ecological competences, fostering a deep understanding of environmental protection and sustainable practices.
  2. 5-Day Mobilities to Partner Countries: Participants will gain invaluable international experience through 5-day mobility exchanges, exposing them to diverse ecological initiatives and fostering cross-cultural learning.
  3. Visits to Energy-Producing Plants: Participants will visit energy plants to learn about renewable energy sources and innovative energy-saving technologies, inspiring them to promote clean energy solutions.
  4. Meetings with Experts: Esteemed ecology experts will engage with participants, providing guidance and inspiration for young leaders to take decisive action in environmental protection.
  5. Creation of a Digital Platform: An innovative digital platform will serve as a comprehensive database of interactive ecological materials, making educational resources easily accessible to participants and the public.
  6. E-Learning Course: A multilingual e-learning course will support learning in environmental protection, catering to diverse audiences and facilitating knowledge dissemination.
  7. Dissemination via Social Campaigns: The project’s results will be promoted through a dynamic social campaign across Poland and partner countries, raising awareness of ecological issues and the importance of environmental protection.

Expected Outcomes:

  1. Empowering 5,000 young individuals with enhanced ecological competences, fostering environmentally conscious citizens.
  2. Providing educational resources, such as an e-learning course and interactive guides, in five languages to promote global outreach.
  3. Establishing a digital platform as a centralized hub for ecological materials, ensuring easy access to valuable resources.
  4. Hosting 120 hours of workshops with 160 participants, fostering interactive learning on environmental topics.
