In our first day in the city of Ruse, Bulgaria, for the Virago Erasmus project hosted by paralel silistra association, we had chance to know the city. We are divided into three groups, and each of us had tasks to accomplish around the city. It was enjoyable from the beginning because we needed to choose a name, motto and logo for our new group. It helped us to interconnect each other while choosing a common name for a group whose members are from different countries around the world. Through tasks we had the chance to explore the important landscapes and symbols of the city, like monument of liberty which has elements that symbolises the freedom. With our 3rd task we got to know about the twisted bridge which leads to the Coastline park and has a perfect view at the sunset. It was our next task to know about the Opera House and take a selfie in front of it. Additionally, I am sure you remember our dance in the dry fountain as it was unforgettable 🤗😅 Then we find the answer for a question which turned out to be the one of the symbols of Bulgaria which is Rose. We have seen places filled with it and took a selfie there. The environment was so nice and romantic. After that we had the riddle which was the Vase. We went to the park with the giant Vase in the middle. We took our selfie and made a creative pose which is below. To sum it up, we can say that we had really great time trying to accomplish tasks around the city. We explored the city and we learnt about the historical facts.
